School Health
When students start on time, they don’t fall behind in schoolwork and acclimating to the new school year. Starting the school year on time contributes to the success of our children, including higher graduation rates and upward mobility for the student in their adult life. Starting school on-time requires a student’s preventative healthcare to be current prior to public school entry related to immunizations and school physicals.
804HealthNET brings together direct providers offering school immunization services and school physicals to help students start school on time in a coordinated effort for financial and geographic access.
